1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for all new Pro Cloud subscriptions. If you find that the service doesn't meet your needs within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Subscription Renewals
To keep your cloud storage and project sync active, subscriptions are set to renew automatically. We do not offer refunds for automatic renewals once the billing cycle has started. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Please include your transaction ID to help us process your request faster.
4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your request, we will notify you of the status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).
5. Plan Downgrades
Upon a successful refund, your account will be downgraded to the Community Edition. Your existing cloud-saved projects may be restricted if they exceed the free tier limits.
